I have received a voucher with a coupon code, how do I use it?

Head to our Shop and add products to your cart as you normally would. When you get to the checkout there will be a box for you to enter your unique code. Codes for coupons can only be used once and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Can I buy a product as a gift?

Absolutely! Just leave us a note when you get to the checkout and make sure the shipping address you enter is the gift recipient's address.

Do you sell gift vouchers or cards?

We are working on getting gift cards into the shop very soon. You will be able to choose the amount and enter your recipient's details, including a personalised message. Sign up for updates to find out when new products are added to the shop.

How do I know what size or colour to order?

Each product page has a link to the Size Guide that contains measurements for all styles, which have a +/- 1cm error margin. Colours are shown for each product but should be used as a guide only as different monitors will display colours differently.

Do you ship internationally?

We have added international shipping to our checkout process for our overseas customers but please bear in mind that shipping overseas can be costly and can take much longer.

What if I get sent the wrong thing?

It's unusual for us to send out the wrong size or colour but we are human! Please see the Returns section.


How long will it take to get my order?

We know you're excited to get your order and we send out orders as quick as we can but there is a standard production time of 3-7 working days to get your order ready to go out, plus shipping time.

We try to get domestic orders (within Australia) to you within 2 weeks but sometimes there are factors that are out of our control. We will let you know as soon as your order has been dispatched so you can track it.

What if my parcel never arrives?

We provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey to your door. It is rare for parcels to go missing but delivery of the parcel is outside of our control. In the unlikely event that your parcel takes a wrong turn, let us know and we'll see what we can do to help you.

Within Australia
All our domestic parcels are sent by Australia Post using prepaid satchels, and our shipping fees cover both postage and handling. You will receive a tracking code for your parcel when it is dispatched so you can check on it through the Australia Post website.

Regular Post
$9.90 for the first item plus $2.10 for each additional item

Express Post
$13.90 for the first item plus $3.20 for each additional item

All parcels sent outside of Australia are sent via Australia Post using International Standard. We find this to be the most economical option to get your order to you fairly quickly without having to worry about weight restrictions.

All customs taxes and fees are your responsibility so please consider this before purchasing, as we are not responsible for items held or delayed by customs.

Shipping costs for international parcels will be displayed to you at the checkout and are dependent on your shipping location.

Returns Policy
Returns are accepted for issues that are our fault and your item will be replaced. This includes items that are faulty or not as ordered.

Change of Mind
Returns are not accepted for change of mind purchases so please consider your purchase carefully before placing your order.

Returns Process
If you have received the wrong item or there is something wrong with the item you have received, you must notify us within 5 days of the order delivery date. You will be given an Item Return Code and you must then return the incorrect or faulty item to us. When we receive your returned item, it will be replaced and the new item sent to you.
